Our newly built hut combines coziness, relaxation and tranquility with nearby hiking and swimming experiences. The Murau region is home to picturesque green mountain landscapes and blue natural lakes, offering numerous activities in beautiful surroundings. In summer, the Lachtal valley delights with its pleasant altitude and routes for every hiking desire. From leisurely hut tours to panoramic ridge hikes with summit experiences, there is something for everyone...
Below the hut - about a 10-minute walk away - is our farm, which we run with dairy and forestry. You are welcome to visit us here and get to know the origins of farming.
In our newly built hut you will find mostly self-built solid wood furniture, a spacious living-dining area with a fantastic view of the valley and terrace, as well as a wellness area with its own sauna and relaxation area.

Peace and comfort far away from the crowds - combined with the advantages of the Schönberg-Lachtal skiing and hiking region. Take a deep breath and let our newly built vacation hut with a view of the Gellsee lake bring you to rest...
Our newly built hut combines coziness, relaxation and tranquility with a nearby winter experience. In the Lachtal ski region, everyone from sporty skiers to leisurely winter hikers will find their happiness in the snow. The Lachtal ski area is just a 5-minute drive away and offers pure winter sports on 36 kilometers of pistes, as well as tours for skiers and snowshoe enthusiasts. Relaxed winter hikes through the snow-covered landscape and letting off steam in the children's paradise also make families' hearts beat faster.
Below the hut - about a 10-minute walk away - is our farm, which we run with dairy farming and forestry. You are welcome to come and visit us here and get to know farming in its origins. Our farm is located directly below the hut and is about a 10-minute walk away. You can pick up fresh organic hay milk from us and, if our chickens are not taking a “laying break”, you can also pick up your breakfast egg.
Products from neighboring farms: Cheese, farmhouse bread, yoghurt, on order and request.
On our passionately run organic farm, we - the Kleinferchner family - live in harmony with our dairy cows, calves, dog Loui, cats, chickens and rabbit Finni.
The dairy cows are taken to the pasture right next to the vacation chalet in spring and late fall, where they enjoy the fresh greenery.
The young cattle are allowed to spend the summer on our alpine pasture, which you can reach on foot in an hour.
