Secluded Alpine Cabin with Breathtaking Views
Welcome to Almhütte Einklang – your exclusive retreat surrounded by nature at an altitude of 1,600 meters!
Built in 2007, this secluded alpine cabin sits high above the Drautal Valley, promising a unique experience far away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and mass tourism. The access road ends right at your doorstep, where a breathtaking panorama unfolds: the striking peaks of the Lienzer Dolomites, the gentle summits of the Kreuzeckgruppe, and the impressive Gailtal Alps.
A mountain spring with fresh, crystal-clear water bubbles gently, creating a serene alpine atmosphere. In front of the cabin, the grill area invites you to enjoy delicious meals in good company or simply savor the tranquility of nature. A special highlight: from spring to late autumn, our two resident alpine chickens, Marie and Maria, provide you with fresh eggs every day – a delightful start to your vacation mornings!
The Almhütte Einklang is located in the heart of the Outdoor Park Oberdrautal, where adventure and relaxation perfectly combine. Whether you enjoy hiking, mountain biking, or simply soaking up the silence, the diverse landscape is a true paradise for both outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking peace and quiet.
And because luxury and nature go hand in hand here, a special highlight awaits you: our wood-fired hot tub. Available year-round, the tub accommodates up to 6 people, offering pure relaxation – be it on balmy summer evenings or snowy winter days. Enjoy a warming bath under the open sky, gazing at the surrounding mountains or the twinkling starry sky.

The access road ends right at your doorstep, where a breathtaking panorama opens up: the dramatic peaks of the Lienzer Dolomites, the gentle summits of the Kreuzeck Group, and the impressive Gailtal Alps.
You are also warmly welcome at the Almhütte Einklang during winter! While the road to the cabin is not cleared of snow in winter, we ensure your safe and comfortable arrival. With our Can-Am Traxter snow track vehicle, we will transport you and your luggage straight to the cabin.
Whether you choose to embrace the silence of winter while snowshoe hiking through the untouched, snowy alpine landscape at 1,600 meters above sea level, or relax after an adventurous day in the wood-fired hot tub under the open sky, winter here promises a truly special getaway.
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, simply make yourself comfortable in our cozy chalet room, where the crackling fireplace spreads a warm, inviting atmosphere. Let the flickering fire keep you snug as you gaze out at the snow-covered peaks and fully immerse yourself in the peace and quiet.

Mountain cabin "Almhütte Einklang"
1 - 6 People
The Almhütte Einklang offers cozy comfort across two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a welcoming living area with a pellet heating and cooking stove, an additional wood stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a pantry. The sleeping nook with a spacious double bed (180 x 210 cm) ensures restful nights. A modern bathroom in rustic old-wood style, featuring a rain shower, bathtub, sink, WC, and indirect lighting, completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, the chalet room invites you to relax with its couch, flat-screen TV, fireplace, and lounge chair. The six skylights and the large glass front on the south side offer spectacular views of the mountains and the starry sky.
Thanks to the in-house 5 KW photovoltaic system and Wi-Fi, you can enjoy modern comforts in the heart of nature. The fully equipped kitchen with dishes and all necessary utensils leaves nothing to be desired.
The Almhütte Einklang combines rustic charm with modern amenities, ensuring an unforgettable mountain experience.
