About Us

Dive into the unspoiled nature of the Nationalparks Hohe Tauern - into a world that moves you, enchants you and brings you some of the most beautiful moments. Forget about the stress and hectic nature of everyday life for a while. Spend your days in our modern and comfortable alpine house in a snug, natural and slow-paced environment. The surrounding mountains are the perfect invitation for hiking, climbing, relaxing and experiencing. Marvel at the eagles soaring high above you, at the butterflies that land unabashed on your palm, at the magical colours of the plant world and at the lush, beautiful meadows and alpine pastures that are perfect for dozing. The people's open and friendly nature is refreshing and in stark contrast to life in the cities. Allow yourself some time to breathe, enjoy the chance to reinvigorate your senses, be in harmony with nature, your loved ones and yourself.

Alpine cabins made from solid larch wood (chopped during the optimal moon phase), appointed with solid Swiss pine and Scots pine furniture (surface area of 130 m²). A set of stairs leads to the kitchen/living room with electric oven (cooker, central heating, hot water) and a large fireplace with viewing window. Fully equipped kitchenette, large dining table. A double room, a room with two bunk beds, a family room (two connected rooms) with a double bed and two bunk beds. Shower and WC. Electrics (light, electricity) with in-house photovoltaic apparatus. Large meadow outside the cabin. Sun loungers, barbecues. Fountain outside the cabin (drinks cooler).

Animals

At our farm we breed sheep. In summer the sheep are at the summer resort "Brettalm" under the Goldbergspitze. Who wants to visit the sheep in June, July and August makes a hiking tour of 3 hours across the Trögeralp to the Brettalp.
