About Us
Welcome to the Resl family at our family-run Kitzlochklammblick farm in Taxenbach.
Our house is situated approx. 800m from the centre of Taxenbach, in a very central location. The entrance and exit to the Tauern cycle path is right next to the farm. It is exactly 270 or 310 km long and leads right past us.
The holiday flat was renovated in 2022 from part of the old building. We have extended this part and added a large new part. This has resulted in our beautiful holiday flat, which offers space for a family or a small group. The flat is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Your four-legged friend is also welcome and can join our farm dog Whisky.
In winter you can reach the top ski areas, such as Rauris, Dienten or the European sports region Zell am See/ Kaprun, within a radius of approx. 20km. The marvellous snow-covered landscape also invites you to a variety of other activities, such as cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, winter walks or carriage rides.
In summer, there are numerous opportunities to discover and experience the surrounding area. How about a trip to the Kitzlochklamm gorge with a weekly torchlight hike. Or a visit to Lake Zell for a swim or a stroll along the promenade. The more adventurous are drawn to the Salzach for rafting or canyoning. We also recommend the gold panning sites in Rauris or travelling to the Krumltal, where you can watch the "kings of the air", such as bearded vultures, griffon vultures or golden eagles flying.
Just a 20-minute drive away is the Tauern Spa in Kaprun, where the water and wellness world invites you to relax, or you can visit the Alpentherme thermal spa in Bad Hofgastein.
And if you want to experience a real farm experience, you are welcome to help us with the stable work or simply watch us.

Many animals live on our farm and enrich our lives. There are our rabbits, chickens, cats and sheep, but also our Tauernschecken goats, which we also breed, and our dog Whisky.

The holiday flat is at ground level and has a private terrace attached. It is ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, with one bedroom for the adults and one room with a bunk bed for the children. It offers everything you need for a carefree holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-ring hob, a microwave with baking function and acoffee machine for your morning coffee. And if you haven't packed enough, there is a washing machine.
