Accommodation location
The certified farm awaits you in Bad Hofgastein in the Salzburger Land. Within 5 minutes you can reach the centre of Bad Hofgastein, as well as of Bad Gastein by car. A bus stop, from where you can reach Gastein’s radon gallery during your spa stay without any hassle, is only a few steps away from the house. At the 18-hole Gasteinertal golf course, our guests benefit from a discounted green fee. Leisurely hiking and walking trails, as well as a cycling trail lead right past at our house.

Whether partner and spa holidays in the double room, or a family vacation in the holiday apartment – our Schweizerhof has the matching offer for everyone. In one of our 3 comfortably furnished double rooms, you will find sufficient relaxation space across 20m2.Traditional solid wood furniture combined with modern elements expect you in our comfortable apartments that with 26-30m² and/or 54 -60m² are suited for 2-4 and/or 4-6 people. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything required to pamper your loved ones on holiday.In the morning we welcome our guests with a bread service and homemade products.
Your Children will experience a vacation of the special kind here with us when feeding and pampering the animals and unwinding on the playground of the Schweizerhof.
Winter in Gastein
In winter, you can explore Gastein skiing with the family in the skiing area Schlossalm Angertal Stubnerkogel, on occasion of a sled run or on a snow shoe hike. Active days can then be ended at the Alpentherme thermal spa Bad Hofgastein.
Summer in Gastein
Summer in Bad Hofgastein offers pure action. Hike to the Stubnerkogel with its popular suspension bridge when spending your summer vacation with children, enjoy the playground on the Schlossalm or you test your luck gold panning.

We offer you fresh BIO milk and our own home-grown products daily.
Enjoy our yoghurt, curd cheese, cream cheese in oil, cheese and schnapps.
For breakfast, available from September- March, you get our homemade jam, ham and spreads.
And of course we'd be delighted to tell you all about how our specialities are made.
You'll find many different animals on our farm – they look forward to visits and being petted. You'll see milk cows, which produce fresh BIO milk every day, calves, pigs, rabbits, our ponies Bella and Heidi, cat and Co.
