Winery

We are the third generation of our family that produces wine at our winery.

Our winery lies at an elevation of 459m above sea level and faces towards the south and the south-west.

A variety of wine grows at our 4,2ha large growing area: Welschriesling, Weißburgunder, Sämling 88, Sauvignon Blanc, Muskateller and Blauer Zweigelt.

The soil of our growing areas offer perfect conditions for growing dry, fruity and typical Styrian types of wine.

It is important to us that the majority of work in the vineyard is done by hand, which can be seen in the quality of the grapes. Another thing of great importance to us, besides mellow and healthy grapes, is a clean wine cellar.

By combining all these factors with our passion for growing wine, we can provide our clients with wine of highest quality.

 Family

Eckhard went to college for viniculture in Silberberg. Afterwards, he took the viniculture master craftsman exam, which means he now is a master of wine growing.

He is responsible for the production of our high quality wines, liquors, juices and champagnes. In other words, he is in charge for all the drinks.

His knowledge of the work in the wine cellars and his ability to work with brand new technologies are further proof of the quality of our wine.

Eckhard is winemaker by passion and already got several awards for his products.

Romana is responsible for preparing food at the “Buschenschank” (wine tavern). Various dishes are lovingly prepared at the wine tavern. Moreover, baking bread has become a passion for Romana and her bread was awarded in 2019.

The well-being of our guests is her main goal – everyone should feel relaxed and comfortable.

Furthermore, she is a certified wine waiter and is happy to organize wine tastings at our vineyard.

Gabriel, 4 years old, and Paula, 3 years old, sweeten our winery and make sure that there is always some action going on. 

Grandmother Relli

She is the Paschek family’s grandmother. She takes care of the children when Eckhard and Romana are working in the vineyard. Furthermore, she takes care of our garden. Therefore, we can offer our guests home grown vegetables at our wine tavern. The taste is unmistakeable and our guests love it!
