The "mother of all mines" promises an exciting journey into the history of Europe. The largest silver mine of the Middle Ages is "The" sight in Tyrol. After the 800-metre-deep entrance with the mine train, an extraordinary underground experience awaits you. Follow the tracks of the miners who mined silver and copper over 500 years ago.

Hardly any noble residence has been able to preserve as much of its original building fabric as Tratzberg Castle. Especially its original interior decoration makes Tratzberg Castle so worth seeing. You will be guided through the castle by means of an entertaining radio play or an extraordinary virtual reality tour.

The "Große Ahornboden" is one of the most beautiful places in Tyrol. There are 2,300 maple trees on 240 hectares, the oldest of which have 700 annual rings. The sycamore maple is dominant in the Karwendel Mountains, it loves the gravelly soil.
