About Us
Our B&B, surrounded by the Stubai and Ötztal Alps, lies on the idyllic plateau of Niederthai, in the heart of the Tyrolean mountains. Niederthai is one of the snow-sure places in Tyrol because of its altitude of nearly 1,600 m.
The small but mighty ski region of Niederthai is ideal for beginners and children. Beginners lifts and children's ski kindergartens are right in front of the house.The sunny plateau on Niederthai will really entice you to go cross-country skiing. More than 30 km of well-primed cross-country ski runs and skating trails are available. Or go hiking on one of the cleared winter hiking trails stretching 20 km to one of the numerous snack bars and enjoy the unique mountain scenery.
Farm characteristics: Rooms and apartments appointed with environmentally sustainable building materials. We offer products from our farm in our farm shop.
