About Us
Enjoy your holiday in our lovingly designed apartment.
Our farm is located in Zell am Moos in the beautiful Mondsee region. It is a biologically managed cattle farm that has been passed down through the generations within the family for many years.
In 2017, we switched to organic farming because it is very important to us as a family to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible, even in our agricultural practices.
We completely renovated and modernized the apartments in 2022. For the entire reconstruction, we worked with our own wood, processing it by hand. And our new play tower has just been completed and is now available for both young and old to enjoy.

Swim in the crystal-clear waters of the two warmest lakes in the Salzkammergut, cycle through our lush, hilly landscape, or test your waterskiing skills. Collect unforgettable moments on more than 150 kilometers of hiking trails, enjoy the view, and breathe in the scent of our nature.
The Salzkammergut knows no boundaries. Here, three federal states meet (Upper Austria, Salzburg, and Styria), here, lakes and mountains come together. Here, strangers become friends, and here, love for home and openness to the world go hand in hand.
In celebration of the region of Bad Ischl - Salzkammergut being named European Capital of Culture 2024, the region presents itself as it is: a unique European living and cultural space, where one can relax, enjoy, and live to the fullest.

Since 2021, we have been offering the finest organic beef of the highest quality directly from the farm and only by pre-order. This ensures that the entire animal is used and no valuable food is wasted. The meat is sold approximately every two months directly at our farm. For more information on the offerings and ordering, please visit our website under the "Meat Sales" section.
Tasting samples are available, depending on availability, in our refrigerator in the entrance area (please feel free to help yourself).
Fresh milk can be picked up anytime from the lady of the house.

Jam made from our own garden
The breed of our cattle has been primarily Fleckvieh for decades, which is known for both good milk production and excellent meat quality. In recent years, the White-Blue Belgian (Blanc-Bleu Belge) has also found its way to our farm, resulting in crossbred calves from Fleckvieh and Belgian cattle. Since 2021, we have additionally acquired the particularly high-quality meat breed, the Adenseer-Angus, which we are very proud of and which further expands our diversity.
The Bresse chicken is the only poultry breed that has a trademark protection. Bresse chickens… lively and very robust.
In addition, we have a cat of all colors and a child-friendly Golden Retriever.
