You can expect a unique, quiet location on our farm. Yet not far from the centre. Directly from the farm you can hike, cycle or simply enjoy the peace and nature.

Children
A large playground is available for the children, which invites them to run around. The adults can forget their everyday life at the flower meadow at the "Aussichtsbankerl". Always singing or whistling - that's the funny farmer "Toni", who is always happy to have company from you at the stable work.
The Nationalpark SommercardMOBIL offers more than 60 attractions and discounts. You can use the card free of charge and it is included in the room rate.

About Us
A winter to feel good
We are situated in a unique, secluded location, a little away from the ski circus of Zell am See/Kaprun. From the farm, you can take leisurely winter walks and explore the village of Niedernsill in more detail. The extensive cross-country skiing trails stretch from Niedernsill to Kaprun.
Relaxation
After a strenuous day of skiing, end the evening comfortably in our small wellness oasis.
Culinary delights
You will be spoilt with our farmhouse cuisine and local produce. We love to spoil our guests with culinary delights from the bottom of our hearts.

The dairy cows are at home the entire summer and are milked. Farmer "Toni" looks forward to children helping him out in the shed. He trains children to be proper "farmers". You can ride on our pony. In a cosy cabin rabbits and cats are waiting to be stroked by you.
We are a breeding business and operate a dairy and meat farm, full of conviction, and you can taste that. TOP quality which already starts at breakfast. Spoil yourself in the evening with our delicacies and watch the sunset on the sun terrace with a good glass of beer, wine or fresh elderflower juice..........
