About Us
The beautiful, old and carefully renovated, original Montafoner house was built in 1665 and is one of the historical monuments in Montafon. It is located on a large meadow in the Ausserlitz in Schruns - from there it is only a few minute walk to the center of Schruns with shops, restaurants and the train station with all bus lines im proximity.
The house offers you 280 m² of living space for a relaxing holiday. It has a ski cellar with ski boot warmer, the ski bus stop is right in front of the house as well as private parking for up to 6 cars. In summer you can use the garden, the barbecue station and the playground. In the house you will find a high chair and a cot, free WiFi, a sauna with a relaxation room and an infrared cabin.
The House has 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen with an electric stove, a fridge with freezer compartment, separate dining room in a typical Montafon living room with TV, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine and 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs is the sauna with a shower, relaxation room and infrared cabin, 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 large bathroom with shower/toilet, 1 separate toilet and 1 reading room with TV and couch.
