The beautiful, old and carefully renovated, original Montafon house was built in 1665 and is a listed building. Despite the modern facilities, the rustic character of the house has been preserved.
On 280 m² of living space you can enjoy generous space for a relaxing holiday - just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Schruns - with all shopping facilities, restaurants, train station, ...

You live on 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, separate dining room in a Montafon parlour with TV, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine and 1 separate WC.
On the upper floor is the sauna with shower, relaxation room and infrared cabin, 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 large bathroom with shower/WC, 1 separate WC and 1 reading room with TV and couch.

In summer, the large garden with barbecue and playground invites you to linger.
Relax in the sauna with relaxation room and infrared cabin.
