About Us
Our cosy farmhouse is situated at an altitude of 1050m with the most beautiful views and the best air right in the mountains, traffic-free and child-safe. Holidays beyond comparison amidst nature await you:
- Enjoy our cosy holiday apartments with chalet-flair! Comfortably equipped yet traditional and cosy!

- Also good for extended family holidays of up to 27 persons- Each family has their own holiday apartment - yet you are together in one farmhouse, just for your extended family!
- Enjoy the farm area. We would love to provide breakfast eggs from our chickens fresh milk from the neighbouring farms - and farmer's bread from our baker for you!
-The small animals on the farm are already looking forward to being fed and petted by the children.
-Our barbecue cabin on the farm: It is available to you at any time - for barbecues, spending time together, chatting, or having a games night. Once weekly we have a barbecue evening and campfire!on request, we will gladly prepare "Kaasnocken" (cheese spaetzle) with salad and schnapps for you.
- Experience tradition during many regional events - we will inform you daily of what is going on!
-Start hikes, bicycle tours, and mountain bike tours right from the house - we will gladly offer you some tour recommendations and hiking maps - bicycles and mountain bikes are also freely available.
- A large children's playground, table tennis, trampoline, child tractor, bobbycar, go-karts, and much more..........
-In the immediate vicinity is Amade thermal spa with a beautiful sauna area for the parents, wave pool, looping slide, and much more for the children - our guest card gives you a 23% discount!

About Us
Our rustic and cosy Deml alpine farmhouse is located in a quiet and sunny area on the Feuersang in the Flachau region, at 1,050 m above sea level with views of the snowy mountains of Salzburg. Here you can relax in peace and enjoy a wonderful day of skiing with the family.

P.S. The free ski bus goes to the Flachau ski resort daily and can take you to the valley station, which is 2.5 km away. Other ski resorts in the "Ski Amade" are also nearby. Altenmarkt- Zauchensee, Radstadt, Eben, Flachauwinkel, Schladming, Planai, Reiteralm, Obertauern, Filzmoos, Gastein, St.Johann can be used with the same ski pass. Those who would like to try other sports, such as cross-country skiing, sledding and touring, are also well catered for in the beautiful region of Salzburg!
We can lend you a toboggan and you can whiz down the 2 km long track to Altenmarkt.
The "Therme Amade" in Altenmarkt is also in the vicinity (2.5 km). It is a family spa with plenty of variety, such as a saltwater pool, sauna, looping slide and much more. With our guest card, you'll receive a 23% discount!
Eggs subject to availability. Every Friday, a farmer's market with seasonal homemade farm products is held in Altenmarkt or Radstadt.
Our herb garden is available to you, refine your meal with fresh herbs.
200m away from our farm is Winterbauer Restaurant with regional specialities and down-to-earth cuisine.
Every morning, the Haidl Bakery delivers fresh bread and baked goods to us from Altenmarkt!
