About Us
Enjoy the magnificent panorama, the beautiful, unspoiled nature and serenity. Our farm is situated in the quiet parcel of Gschwend and is about half a kilometre from the centre of the Schoppernau community. You will spend your days here surrounded by the beautiful and unique scenery of the Bregenz Forest, in our new, comfortable and lovingly furnished holiday apartments „Kanisfluh“ and „Üntschenblick“ .
Dear kids, here at our holiday farm, there is always something exciting happening. Your can get a first hand experience of the wildlife on our farm, the cows and calves and our rabbits "Schneeflocke" and "Scheck". While you are playing in the sandpit, sliding, swinging and running around, your parents can really relax. Whether active or at rest, the choice is yours. We make delicious natural yoghurt and fruit yoghurt. Would you like to try? With the Diedamskopf mountain railway, our guests can quickly and comfortably float from the valley to Diedamskopf, 2,000 m up. This is a wonderful starting point for numerous hikes.

You will spend your holiday in our new, comfortable and lovingly furnished holiday flats „Kanisfluh“ und „Üntschenblick“. Embedded in the unique mountain world of the Bregenzerwald. Spoilt with delicious products directly from the farm.
The Diedamskopf family ski area in the immediate vicinity is one of the most popular ski areas and excursion mountains in the 3-valley winter sports region. Modern lift facilities and excellent gastronomy await you. The largest ski area in the Bregenzerwald Mellau-Damüls and Ski Arlberg are also within easy reach of Schoppernau. For non-skiers, there are toboggan runs, well-signposted winter hiking and walking trails and wonderful terraces with deckchairs. The cross-country ski trails with a total of 63 kilometres lead right past the farm.

In Au-Schoppernau you will also find a large number of farmers' direct marketers and the Schoppernau mountain cheese dairy with a large selection of regional delicacies. At the local grocery store in the village centre, you can buy your daily necessities.

Want to help out on the farm? Here at the Beer holiday farm you have the opportunity to do just that. Have you ever tried milking a cow, helped with the hay harvest or fed a dwarf goat? The ponies love to be groomed and our guests are welcome to look after the rabbits.
In summer, you can visit our cows and young cattle on our Schalzbach alpine pasture or the Hinterüntschen communal alp during a hike.
