The Esterhammer family's Paint Horse Ranch sits amidst lush green meadows and mystical moors at an altitude of 1000 m. A unique stud farm with truly exceptional horses - a real paradise for riding tourists! Hikers and health enthusiasts will appreciate the "Tanner Moor" nature reserve - the largest peat bog in Europe. With or without a guide, you can traverse the diverse landscape using specially laid paths. In the Rubener pond, a bog lake, you can enjoy skin wraps in the wild. Anglers and swimmers can pursue their hobby at Frauenwieserteich (fishing licence!)There's fun for the kids at Jagdmärchenpark or at nearby wildlife parks and playgrounds. You'll find a "Speedgleitbahn" (toboggan run on a monorail), numerous cultural institutions, small exhibitions and museums nearby. In Liebenau you'll find an outdoor bowling alley, a tennis court and a small but beautiful and modern swimming pool. Dogs are not allowed.
