Our Vorsäß am Geißkopf is located at approx. 1000 metres above sea level in the municipality of Schwarzenberg in the Bregenzerwald and is surrounded by lush pastures, moorland and forests.
Our Vorsäß was completely renovated at the end of 2019 using Bregenzerwald craftsmanship with great sensitivity and attention to detail. The entire premises are furnished to a high standard and offer a special level of comfort. Old charm and modern architecture invite you to enjoy a cosy holiday.
Numerous hiking and biking trails lead directly from the house in all directions.
The nearby Fohramoos nature reserve enchants hikers with its impressive variety of flora and fauna.
On 260 m2 on three levels there are

Our Vorsäß am Geißkopf is located at approx. 1000 m above sea level in the municipality of Schwarzenberg in the Bregenzerwald.
Our Vorsäß was completely renovated at the end of 2019 using Bregenzerwald craftsmanship with a lot of feeling and attention to detail. The entire premises are furnished to a high standard and offer special comfort. Old charm and modern architecture invite you to enjoy a cosy holiday.
The house is located directly in the Hochälpele/Weißtanne/Bödele ski area. The Bregenzerwald valley opens up at your feet. The family-friendly Bödele / Weißtanne ski area comprises 10 ski lifts and numerous ski runs of all levels of difficulty.
You can enjoy the winter landscape on foot on 15 km of hiking trails or use the 3 to 9 km of cross-country ski trails free of charge.
During the winter months our Vorsäß is not accessible by car. You can park your car free of charge in a car park at the Hochälpele lift with our parking tickets. There are four parking spaces available there. While we transport your luggage to the hut by snowmobile, you already have the opportunity to enjoy the winter landscape on a leisurely 10 - 15 minute walk. The hut can be reached on skis from the ski area.

Honey is produced with passion in our own apiary.
20 bee colonies diligently collect nectar and honeydew and produce the best blossom and forest honey.
You are welcome to taste and purchase this honey from us.
Our mountain pasture is managed by our farmer according to the three-stage farming system.
During the grazing season in May and September, his cows graze the Geißkopf pasture. During this time, you can experience the cows up close. The barn in the rear building fills up with cows and newborn calves in September.
Up to twenty bee colonies produce the highest quality blossom and forest honey.
Our lovingly renovated Vorsäß am Geißkopf combines traditional charm with modern architecture. Using Bregenzerwald craftsmanship, our Vorsäß was completely renovated in 2019 with great sensitivity and attention to detail. The entire premises are furnished to a high standard with selected materials and give our house a special character!

Our Vorsäß is easily accessible via Bödelestraße and you can reach the popular Bödele skiing and hiking area. In summer, a road leads directly to our hut, where you can comfortably park three cars.
During the winter months our Vorsäß is not accessible by car. You can park your car in a public car park which is free of charge. While we transport your luggage to the hut by snowmobile, you already have the opportunity to enjoy the winter landscape on a leisurely 10 - 15 minute walk.
