About Us

Location:
Absolute secluded location on a grass-covered hillside facing south. In our spacious mountain cabin surrounded by lush meadows and tall trees, you can escape from the stresses and strains of everyday life, get away from the noise and fully unwind. Immerse yourself in pristine nature, watch the cows that spend summer on the alpine pastures or simply lie down in the grass and look at the clouds passing by.

Summer:
From the mountain cabin, you can set out on hikes, cycling tours or leisurely country walks. On the mountain Hochrindl (approx. 1 km from our cabin), you’ll find signposted hiking trails, restaurants and rustic staffed mountain cabins where you can have a snack or a drink. Nearby, there are natural swimming pools, lakes and public indoor pools where you can take a swim and a range of sights and attractions that are worth a visit.

Winter:
The next ski lift is 500 m from our cabin. You can ski there. At the mountain Hochrindl, you’ll find perfectly groomed pistes for Alpine and cross-country skiing. Outdoor activities for great fun.
Here, in the Hochrindl region (1,550 - 2,441 m above sea level), you can enjoy winter at its best! Look forward to clear mountain air, pristine nature and a breathtaking view of almost the entire province of Carinthia.
After having skied down the pistes, joined a fun-filled toboggan ride, cuddled up together on a romantic ride in a horse-drawn carriage or hiked across snow-covered hillsides in snowshoes, you can finish off a great winter’s day with a cup of mulled wine next to the tiled stove.

Large kitchen (fully equipped) on the ground floor featuring wood-fired stove, seating corner and pull-out couch, a double room, a living room with seating area, TV. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate WC.

On the upper floor: one four-bed-room (one double bed and one queen size double bed of 140 cm in width) as well as a triple room (one single bed and one queen size double bed of 140 cm in width). A cot can be provided on request. Electricity.
