Where everyone, big and small, gets the most out of their holidays!
Away from any hints of traffic noise, in the middle of nature surrounded by meadows and forests, that’s where you will discover our family-friendly farm located between Wagrain and Kleinarl, in a sunny, peaceful and stand-alone setting.
Spend some time during summer on our delightful playground in the middle of a fruit orchard, or in winter taking a ride on a horse-drawn sleigh out to Lake Jägersee.
And there’s always something intriguing to discover out in the barn, too!
A fan of the water? If so, you will love it here. We are a partner business of “Wasserwelt Wagrain” aquatic center, which means you can go swimming there for free every day!
Bake bread, ride a pony, play soccer, go fishing,.... you can do it all in summer! At Adventure Land in Kleinarl, your children get to experience all of that and so much more for free.

Relish every moment of your time here in winter, perhaps taking a sleigh ride out to Lake Jägersee, skiing down kilometer-upon-kilometer of pistes, or enjoying a romantic walk through our magical winter countryside.
And there’s always something intriguing to discover out in the barn, too! Plus, we will supply you with fresh cow’s milk every day for free !!
Begin the day with fresh breakfast rolls straight from the baker!! And we also provide you with a free daily newspaper (Kronen Zeitung)

Fresh milk daily (except in summer, since that’s when the cows are grazing up on the alpine pastures), homemade jams, schnapps.
We raise purebred Pinzgau cows and Noriker horses.
So that we have fresh milk every day, we raise purebred Pinzgau cows, with the herd able to replenish itself. We keep the young here with us at the farm as long as possible. For our sleigh and carriage rides, we raise Noriker horses, a breed which is famous for its mellow, good-natured temperament. Together with them, we offer carriage rides, transportation for weddings and funerals, and participate in local folk festivals.
For the added enjoyment of our younger guests, we also have ducks, cats, rabbits, goats and our dog, Sina.
