About Us
...in the three-flower farm and three-star hotel Hanslerhofin Gerlos in the Zillertal!
The best way to spend your vacation – enjoy the most wonderful days of the year at our family-friendly, historic farm. We are located in the quiet, but central location of Gerlos in the Zillertal. Relax and recover far away from the stress of everyday life in child-friendly surroundings. Discover everything that the Zillertal area has to offer. The base station of the Isskogel cable car can be reached by bus in five minutes. The bus stop for hiking destinations is located only a few meters away. After enjoying our generous breakfast buffet, head out and let yourself be enchanted by the magic of our mountains! In the summer, hikers and nature lovers will be in their glory. Experience our hay harvest way up in the alpine meadows. All of our guests are welcome to explore our family farm, watch the milking process, and help feed the animals. A small wellness oasis is waiting for you at the Hanslerhof. It includes a sauna and steam bath – the perfect ending to the day for body and soul. You will feel nurtured and cherished in our generous rooms with their homey atmosphere.
The Hanslerhof has been in our family for over 100 years. This allows us to use the honorable designation of "Erbhof", or legacy farm. From the very beginning we have farmed in a manner which still guides our everyday life. Come up to one of our mountain meadows with us during the summer to experience our hay harvest or watch farmer Klaus while he does his barn chores!
Maintaining our connection to nature and the environment is our passion. You will discover this beginning with our breakfast buffet at the Hanslerhof, where you will be served locally sourced, organic dairy products such as yogurt, butter, and cheese.Various types of bread, muesli, fresh fruit and farm-fresh eggs are always included. A limited menu is available for snacks between meals.
About Us
The mountain village of Gerlos in the Ziller valley of Tyrol greets you from under its thick blanket of snow! A variety of activities are available for you to enjoy in the winter. The ski bus will bring you to local skiing areas in the Ziller Valley at no charge.
Cross-country skiers will find beautiful trails for their favorite sport. Hiking on the groomed winter paths is a beautiful, romantic way to spend the day. Our trails will lead you to the most breathtaking parts of our winter wonderland.
Our smallest guests are not left out. A small sledding area is located directly next to the Hanslerhof, and a bunny hill is only 150 m away. It includes a magic carpet, a toggle lift and a children’s lift, all run by professionals. Michis ski school in Gerlos offers regularly scheduled skiing, snowboarding and cross-country lessons.
