About Us
Surrounded by forests and meadows, our small farm lies in a quit location in St. Koloman.
Our farm practices sheep husbandry in a grassy, forested area.
Our holiday home is in the attic, and has a fantastic view of the Trattberg.
You can choose to enjoy a perfect breakfast in the morning sun from your balcony or in the garden.
There is a swimming pool with sun canopy in the garden that can be used from May to September, depending upon weather conditions.
You can relax on couches, sit in the sun or the shade, or enjoy the outside grill and campfire.
Many hiking, biking, and Nordic walking trails begin directly from our farm.
Two nearby hot springs in Golling ( Aqau Salza water park and spa) and Bad Vigaun (curing and healing springs St. Barbara) invite you to relax.
Only 30 km from the state capital and festival city of Salzburg.
About Us
Winter in the Lehen house brings rest and relaxation, with hiking, cross-country skiing or sledding, away from large ski resorts.
Your children can glide over our meadows with sleds or sliding boards.
There’s a cross-country skiing track approximately 1 km away, on a high plateau beautifully overlooking the Salzachtal, the Hoher Göll and the Tennengebierge.
The St.Kolomaner mountains Trattberg, Regenspitz and Schmittenstein invite you on a skiing tour with very little danger of avalanches.
Some Salzburg ski areas are reachable in about 30 minutes by car: Gaißau-Hintersee, ski resort Dachstein-West with Rußbach and Annaberg, Abtenau, Werfenweng, Eben, Flachau or Hochkönig. There’s an ideal ski slope for every skier.
Ski boots and skis can be stored in our cellar and dried with the heater.
We would also be glad to organize a trip with a horse-drawn carriage.
