About Us
Our house lies at 1330 m above sea level, in a quiet, sunny location, at the mouth of the Kauner valley. All rooms in the holiday apartment face south, so are bright and cheerful. The veranda is an additional place for you to relax in.
Awake to the sound of bird song, crickets chirping, or the neighbour's lambs at pasture, calling for their mothers.

being active is good for mind, body and soul: You will find a hiking paradise lying at your feet on the Kaunerberg. Well maintained and marked, easy to walk high trails, with wonderful views and the peace of the mountains will help recharge your batteries for your daily life. You can take part in excursions, free of charge, offered by the TVB and nature reserve club.
For body and soul, we offer relaxing hours in the indoor swimming pool, the pool in Prutz or the bathing lake in Ried andfor free,because your Summer Card gives you free entry.
Creative day: On bad weather days, you can create door wreathes from natural materials you have gathered yourself.

About Us
Altitude: 1,330 m Our farm is located in the heart of the Naturpark Kaunergrat, on a very sunny, peaceful spot, at the entrance to the Kaunertal.
What can you expect from us? A newly built holiday apartment with 2 double rooms, appointed with solid wood furniture made from local spruce tree, with no chemical treatments. Both rooms feature a shower and WC, hairdryer, satellite TV and Internet, as well as a balcony and veranda. Even cooking can be fun on holiday in a lovingly equipped kitchen like this.

Holidays in the beautiful Kaunertal means: lots of fun on the well-prepared slopes. Children up to 10 years will get a free ski pass when accompanied by parents. This offer is valid in both the Fendel ski region and Kaunertaler Glacier ski region! Cross-country skiing away from any noise, in a fairytale and unspoiled landscape. Discover the Naturpark Kaunergrat on snowshoes. Ice skating or curling at Lake Rieder. Tobogganing by day or night. We offer free entry to the indoor swimming pool in Feichten!

We assume you will arrive via the Fernpaß to Imst, Landeck, Prutz. Then turn off left towards the Kaunertal. At the end of the village, turn left to Kauns, Kaunerberg. At the Kaunerberg bus stop and information centre, drive 50 m straight on and then left up to the school. 2 turns further and you will have arrived and your holiday can begin.
