About Us
Location: On the edge of a magnificent high plateau above Heiligenblut, with a high mountain panorama including the Großglockner.
Access: 9 km from Heiligenblut, asphalted road, with 5 km of good gravel road.
Amenities: Old, rustic alpine hut. Small kitchen with cold running water, wood stove, and seating area. Dish towels, cooking and tableware, bath and hand towels, as well as bed linen are provided. Three twin bedrooms and one single bedroom are accessible via a staircase. Outhouse at the side of the hut. A small stream and a well near the hut. Fenced sunbathing area with seating and a grill.
Rental Period: May to November.
The Special Feature: This is the hut for true fans of simplicity and rustic charm in a very beautiful location with a view. Particularly enjoyable is the Kasa Garden as a sunbathing area in front of the hut, where with one eye, the hut's guests can glance at the Großglockner.
