In the middle of the lush meadows of the Grossarl Valley, nestled between sky-blue and grass-green, lies our Obergstattgut. Newly built and rooted in tradition.

A modern farmhouse with a beautiful flat full of contrasts - equipped with every comfort and lots of warmth. The modern furnishings with lots of wood and natural materials blend into a landscape that has not lost its rustic and traditional charm even in modern times.

Here you can still experience farm life. Twice a year the sheep are sheared and you can be there, the children can stroke cats and rabbits. In the evening you can join us in the henhouse and get fresh eggs for the next morning. When it gets cold outside in winter, you can go into the barn with us and watch the cows being milked.

The summer invites you with numerous hikes and activities here in the valley of alpine pastures. Arrive and feel at home with warm hosts and in a lovingly furnished flat.

In winter we are far away from the ski hustle and bustle in Grossarl. The ideal holiday destination for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. The ski bus stop is only a few metres away from us.
