A wooden staircase leads to the beautiful 110 m² "Apfelbaum" holiday flat in the country house.

The hallway leads to the two bedrooms, one romantic with a four-poster bed and the other a cosy snuggle room. The oak floor gives the living and dining area a warm atmosphere and the elegant reading lounge in bright red, as well as the sofa with cosy cushions, invite you to linger. The old farmer's box adds a traditional flair. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy breakfast at the stylish dining table. The elegant bathroom with large walk-in rain shower also has a sauna with infrared and light therapy. The flat also has a second smaller bathroom with shower and toilet and is equipped with WiFi, iPod docking station in the bathroom, hairdryer and a total of 3 flatscreens.

On the ground floor of our country house is our "Träumerei" holiday flat with a generous 100 m² of living space. The individual rooms can be reached from the bright hallway with cloakroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, built-in radio, hairdryer and fluffy towels in matching colours; the toilet is separate.

The living area has a cosy sofa, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The two separate bedrooms with double beds are tastefully furnished so that nothing stands in the way of a good night's sleep on holiday. One of the bedrooms leads to the large terrace at ground level.

The cosy "s'Nesterl" holiday flat is in our 400-year-old farmhouse and has 48 m² of living space. In the well-equipped eat-in kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and everything you need for cooking. You can really enjoy yourself on the cosy sheepskin benches at the raised dining area.

The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds with linen bed linen and cosy blankets and pillows and have access to the balcony. There is a cosy reading chair in the master bedroom and the highlight in the children's bedroom is the farmhouse wardrobe from 1749. Of course, the bedrooms have satellite TV and each bed has retractable reading lamps. The bathroom with a double washbasin on a rustic oak table, hairdryer, hair straightener, radio/talking station, make-up mirror and walk-in shower leaves nothing to be desired.

The Schmetterling holiday flat can be reached via its own staircase in the courtyard. The 50 m² holiday apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The lovingly furnished eat-in kitchen has a cosy seating area with satellite TV, a sofa and a kitchenette with everything you need for cooking. The flat has two separate bedrooms for restful nights and the bathroom with shower and WC is accessed via the entrance hall. The flat also has a south-facing balcony.

Our "Rotkehlchen" room in the farmhouse was once the "Mannerleitkammer", where the farmhand lived. Today it has become a cosy double room. Inspired by the robin's belly, there are many orange accents. The bed is furnished with fine linen bed linen and in the bathroom with shower, WC, radio, hairdryer, large mirror and old wooden washbasin there are colour-coordinated towels. In the morning you can enjoy our pampering breakfast in the parlour or in summer under the open sky.

The cosy "Kuschelzimmer" is furnished in country style and is located in our 400 year old farmhouse. The double room is equipped with shower, WC, hairdryer, radio and satellite TV. For all those who like to have their loved ones close by, there is also space for an extra bed. In the morning, you can enjoy our pampering breakfast in the parlour or in summer under the open sky.
