Afterwards, how about a walk through the winterscape of Ramsau (70 km of hiking trails), cross-country skiing (150 km of cross-country ski runs) or alpine skiing directly at your doorstep. Milk, yoghurt, butter, curd cheese, buttermilk, cream cheese, ... all fresh to the table!
1 x per week, we demonstrate how we make butter. Here also, you can make your own breakfast butter and enjoy the yummy buttermilk right away. MHHHHHMMMMM
We will also tell you how the cream cheese, curd cheese, and yoghurt which you eat for breakfast everyday is made.
Our cats, goats, chickens, rabbits and ponies from the petting zoo are looking forward to you.
Two-three times per week, you can ride our three ponies: Max, Daisy, or Susi.
