Enjoy the freshness of our milk 🥛, sourced directly from our cows, and the eggs 🥚, laid daily by our hens. Our honey 🍯 is produced by our hardworking bees, and the butter 🧈 and farmhouse bread 🍞 are baked using traditional recipes. We also offer a selection of various jams 🍓🍊, made from locally sourced fruits. For a special treat, we have our own schnapps and liqueurs 🍶. Our selection is rounded off with refreshing apple juice 🍏🍹, pressed from our own apples. Let yourself be spoiled by the natural delights of our farm! 🌿🍯🥛
Animals
As an organic mountain farm, Reitlhof is home to a variety of animals that enrich life on our farm. Especially for children, interacting with our animals is an unforgettable experience. They can taste the freshly milked milk and learn about the daily tasks of a farmer. Our young guests are warmly invited to help out in the barn, feed the animals, or collect eggs from our hens and quails.
Our animal residents include cows 🐄, calves 🐮, cats 🐱, hens 🐔, quails 🐤, and mini goats 🦙. Our children, Simon, Anna, and Josef, always enjoy the company of young guests and are happy to show them around the barn. Here, children can experience firsthand what life on a traditional farm is all about. 🐾🌾

Our Reitlhof at Gaissau 81, 5425 Krispl, Austria, is beautifully nestled in the Salzburg Alps and is easily accessible by car or public transport.
🚗 Arrival by Car:
From Salzburg (approx. 30 min): Take the A10 Tauern Motorway, exit at Hallein, then follow the signs for Krispl-Gaissau.
From Munich (approx. 1.5 hrs): Take the A8 towards Salzburg, then continue on the A10 to Hallein, and follow the road to Krispl-Gaissau.
From Gaissau to Reitlhof: In the center of Gaissau, turn at Gasthof Sagwirt and follow the road for about 2 km until you reach Liedererweg. Turn into Liedererweg and continue uphill for another 2 km until you arrive at our farm.
Important winter notice: Please note that winter tires and possibly snow chains may be required.

By Train: Travel to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (main station) or Hallein, then take a bus towards Krispl.
By Bus: Bus line 470 takes you directly from Hallein to Krispl-Gaissau.
Tennengau Shuttle & Free Public Transport: The Oberschorn TS 216 bus stop is just 1 km from our accommodation. With the TennengauCard and Mobility Ticket, you can use all public transport throughout the Salzburg region for free – including free arrival and departure!
