About Us
Our Schwalbenhof is located in the sunny Styrian thermal and volcanic region, far away from busy roads, between orchards, flower meadows and forests.
You can experience varied holidays in the midst of nature with us. We have prepared everything for you so that you can enjoy your precious holidays with us without any worries.
Cosy and homely living, simply relax. Our holiday flats were built and furnished with great attention to detail.
The flats have an entrance hall with wardrobe, bathroom, WC, double bedroom with additional pull-out sofa, fully equipped fitted kitchen, dining area, the living area has an exclusive pull-out sofa (sleeping place for 2 more people), SAT-TV, Hifi. Each holiday flat has its own terrace with barbecue facilities and comfortable seating.
Furthermore we offer you:
- Tasting and sale of our own brandies and liqueurs.
- Swimming pool with beautiful sunbathing lawn
- Wellness area with sauna and infrared cabin, colour light therapy, relaxation room
- extensive library, game collection and children's toys
We offer our guests tasting and sale of our farm's own and produced products.

Fine brandies and liqueurs
There are some animals to marvel at on our farm. Our happy chickens lay delicious eggs for breakfast, the rooster is our organic alarm clock. Some rabbits hop around in the outdoor enclosure. Two guinea pigs want to be petted. Our cat Lilli is always on the hunt for mice. Our two goats Fredi and Pauli are always happy about leftover bread. Our brave farm dog Sally always shows her friendly side.
