Peace and quiet, relaxation and plenty of fresh air!
On a small hill, only 1 km from the centre of Steinakirchen in a beautiful secluded location our typical Mostviertel four-sided farm.
Step inside and experience the cosy atmosphere of our house. In the warm parlour with a tiled oven you can relax on cold days with fantastic pastries and a hot farmer's tea. Throughout the whole house you'll find traditional cross stitch. In the wintertime there's a lot of music going on. You're welcome to play and sing along. The whole house smells of baked goods and delicacies.
If there's enough snow then a cross country ski run goes right past the house. Go for stunning winter walks for example through the forest and on the Haberg. Come into the warm parlour and be spoilt with homemade cake .
A nap on a bench by the oven perhaps, while your children get to know the yard and our animals?
The rabbits, guinea pigs, goats and cats have a particularly cuddly coat in winter. Get to know our cattle and pigs by helping out in the stalls. Our ducks and hens have to be fed every day.
A fantastic, long toboggan meadow is only 10 minutes away on foot. Lunz am See is only 30 km away. There is a small skiing area there - ideal for families with children.
We have a lot of toys, board games and books for children and adults. Painting things are also to hand.
How about an evening with a good farm snack made from our own produce and in addition a good Austrian cider or warming mulled cider? Guests in the rooms can use our guest kitchen. Ideal for hunger or thirst on the go. Equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, hobs.
