Tiefhof

The produce from our farm ranges from fresh eggs to crunchy vegetables from our own garden and flavoursome Kaminwurzen sausages. Sometimes there is plenty and sometimes it is a little scarcer - depending on the season and the needs of our animals. But one thing is certain: the quality and freshness of our farm produce is always tangible and delicious!

Our animals get what we harvest and therefore grow a little slower. But in return, we can pass on what we eat ourselves to our customers with a clear conscience.

The demand for our products is now quite high. However, we consciously focus on quality rather than quantity. Mass production is not our aim and does not correspond to our philosophy. We take what the farm produces naturally, and that requires patience, because you can't force nature.

We are home to around ten happy cows, two playful Haflinger horses and almost 50 cheeky chickens - and sometimes even a few squealing pigs! In addition to our large residents, you will also be greeted by our charming farm cats and our faithful dog Nelson. They all contribute to making our farm a lively and harmonious place.

At the Tiefhof, the animals have plenty of room to roam. Even in winter they can let off steam in the snow.

The horses look forward to a ride in the forest. The animals are fed with our organic hay. The number of animals depends on the fodder that grows on the farm. This ensures that the biological cycle on the farm is correct, no over-fertilisation!
