Milking lessons

Our holiday apartment is on the top floor of our farmhouse. The kitchen-living room is equipped with coffee-maker, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, stove with 4 hot plates and oven. There are ample cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Our guests are attuned to an enjoyable holiday by the beautiful views from the balcony onto the Wildkogel and towards Bramberg. Shower and WC are separate. The double bedrooms are separated from each other. Our regular guests enjoy the homely atmosphere in our holiday apartment, which is constructed mainly from timber. Our guest children like to nibble berries and vegetables in the garden, give a hand with the work in the stable or the making of hay, and are rewarded with eggs for breakfast or milk from the farm. The nearby forest invites you to collect mushrooms or berries. Out of pine cones, rocks, twigs,... our guest children craft gifts to take back for those at home.

The births of our calves are special events. They start from August (Melanie 7th, Wendi 11th, Cenny 11th, Sindy 13th, Mendi 14th, Bianca 24th of August).

In the summer holidays many events are offered free of charge using your guest ticket, e.g. Monday: hike along the "Smaragd" (Emerald) hiking trail; Tuesday: wildlife safari (excl. taxi), torch hike with Gotthard; Wednesday: family outing with horse and pony; Thursday: digging for emeralds with Gotthard (exc. taxi); Friday: cheese hike (excl. lift).

A romantic sleigh ride with our Haflinger horses in winter brings our guests into a holiday spirit. The "Wennsergletscher", a small ski lift, is 300 m downhill from our farmyard.

We have many different animals on our farm: cows, calves, horses, goats, sheep, chickens, and a dog. Our guests like to assist with feeding them.

When you wake up in the morning you will see Bramberg and the new Smaragdbahn (Emerald gondola lift) through the window.
