Our large 150 m² fully equipped holiday home offers room for up to 10 people and is centrally located in the middle of the Pinzgauer Ski Resort.
Location:
Our former mountain farmhouse is located 900m above sea level, on our farm, with beautiful views.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub, 1 wellness room with an infrared cabin for up to 4 people and rain showers with a view of our mountains. The beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a large corner bench, 2 tables and a wood stove, as well as the living room with corner couch and SAT/TV for wellness and comfortable togetherness.

In the middle of the large Ski regions in Pinzgau, you will be spoiled by your choice of which ski slope to take first.
The Schmittenhöhe Zell am See, The Gletscher Kitzsteinhorn, The Skiregion Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang and The Rauriser Skiberge are in the direct vicinity of our alpine cottage.

With copious amounts of cross country skiing, you can enjoy the Pinzgauer landscape and with a fun sleigh ride, directly from our cottage or on the Kohlschnait toboggan run, fun is guaranteed!

In order to warm up on the cold days, take a visit to the new Tauern SPA Bath World in Kaprun - relaxation guaranteed!

Our animals, whether big or small, look forward to visits and tender loving care.
