A warm welcome to our farm Verwöhnbauernhof Wagner in the gourmet region “Mühlviertel Mountain Herbs”!
Nestled in the rolling countryside and surrounded by forests, fragrant meadows and soothing herbs you’ll find an oasis of well-being, our farm Verwöhnbauernhof in the beautiful Mühlviertel region. Enjoy relaxing, carefree days in a family-like ambience in the cosy country style living room of our traditional farmhouse or in the modern holiday apartments with a rustic charm in the annexe.
The Mühlviertel region is a perfect place for country walks. There are a number of themed hiking trails. Right next to our farm, you can set out on a hike of 13 km in length on the themed trail focusing on the mountain herbs that grow in our region.
We make sure you won’t get bored on our farm Verwöhnbauernhof Wagner. That’s why we organise an array of activities on sunny and rainy days as well as a programme for kids. Have a look at our deals on the bottom of the website! In the garden next to the house you’ll find a herb spiral where you can smell, feel and try everything that grows.

A warm welcome to our farm Verwöhnbauernhof Wagner in the gourmet region “Mühlviertel Mountain Herbs”!
Enjoy relaxing, carefree days in a family-like ambience in the cosy country style living room of our traditional farmhouse or in the modern holiday apartments with a rustic charm in the annexe. Highlight for couples: Enjoy a special spa treatment and quality time in the apple honey bath!
Cross-country skiing tracks, winter walks through deep snow in your snowshoes, fun toboggan runs - ENJOY WINTER IN THE IDYLLIC MÜHLVIERTEL REGION: Find peace and relaxation, simply unwind in the spacious outdoor sauna cabin, take an apple honey bath, a hay bath or enjoy the Finnish sauna and the coloured light.
Take a ride in a horse-drawn sleigh across the picturesque winter scenery. Romp and play in the snow, build a snow castle or a snow family (the farmer is happy to search the cellar for a carrot that can serve as a snowman’s nose) - simply do what makes children happy.
Museums, curling, Alpine skiing on the mountain Sternstein (6-person chairlift and cable car, 7 km from our farm), in Sandl or in the ski resort Hochficht, public indoor pool and much more. Look forward to great activities nearby.
Back on our farm, you can taste our home-made fruit spirits or purchase some of these fine drinks.
