Hohe Tauern National Park
Our farm is located in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park and is surrounded by lush green meadows and forests.
About Us
Nature is hibernating, wrapped up in a thick white coat. This is the beginning of the quiet time on the farm, the outside work is all snowed in ;-) The animals are in the barn and are fed and cared for every morning and evening - in short, they are provided with everything they need.
What can you expect from us in winter?
- Welcome gift - small gourmet package with regional products
- Peace and nature - we are surrounded by the Hohe Tauern National Park
- We have sledges, bobsleighs and toboggans - on the hill behind the house
- Plenty of space around the house and farm
- In the late afternoon you can visit the animals in the barn or help feed them
- Our farm is free of light smog - no artificial lighting far and wide - but a brilliant starry sky
- At least 10 well-stocked children's and family games
- Equipment for small children available if required (fall-out protection, potty, ...)
- Own drinking water source with the best water quality
- Ski boot room or drying room
- Swiss stone pine sauna to relax and unwind after a sporty day (can be booked individually)
- Farm memory for the children as a souvenirs
The Rauriser Hochalmbahnen ski area is just a few minutes' drive away. It is an unbeatable family ski area, not too big, manageable and yet there are plenty of options for all skiers. We particularly appreciate the short waiting times at the lift and plenty of space on the slopes.
Kolm Saigurn, our valley head at the foot of the 3000m peaks, offers the ultimate winter experience - you simply have to see it!
Living on our farm are a variety of animals that we take care of daily. From April through October, every morning and evening we take care of their every need here at the farm.
