About Us
Our farm is situated away from busy roads, surrounded by colourful meadows and forests. Here there are many animals to stroke. Cows, calves, goats, cats, ducks, rabbits, sheep, ponies and the farm dog Cleo. Children can help out with some of the work feeding and caring for the animals. Newly designed holiday apartments, guest kitchen, TV in the rooms and the play barn are much appreciated. For riding fans, we have a co-operation with a riding stables 15 minutes' drive away. They offer riding lessons for beginners and advanced level and lively rides. A campfire, a barbecue evening, a joint hike, fun on a tractor ride and day care are all included in the price. How does one make butter, what happens in a bee hive ? These are just some questions that the farmer can clear up over a fresh slice of bread and butter. We are 3 km from the snow-sure ski resort of Hochrindl. There are numerous slopes which can be reached via six different lifts and chair lifts. There's something for all levels, whether you're a beginner, a competent skier or fast skiers. There are stunning cross-country ski runs with a fantastic view all the way to the Karawanks (60 km). A ski and racing school offers equipment rental and ensures you can enjoy carefree fun on the slopes.

At an altitude of 1,200 meters lies the 200-year-old Wicherle mountain farm. This children’s farm is so popular because it remains peaceful and family-oriented. The Prodinger host family ensures a relaxed atmosphere and invites all guests to a torch-lit hike once a week.
Life on the farm
The beautifully designed holiday apartments on the farm offer plenty of modern comfort. The farm’s energy supply is secured through contemporary, eco-friendly technology: a solar system for hot water and a woodchip heating system provide cozy warmth.
