Our farmers don't just give their all in the barn. Armin Neurauter takes us ski mountaineering on the Faltegartenköpfl. The Tyrolean is a mountain farmer, innkeeper and family man and has already become a two-time national champion in ski mountaineering. His motto is: the main thing is to keep moving forward!
The farm is particularly magical in winter: when the animals in the barn snort contentedly as they eat their hay and the first snowflakes dance from the sky outside.

A farm vacation in Austria means leaving everyday life behind - here you have no time pressure, no obligations and can really enjoy the snow. Now is the perfect time to explore the area away from the slopes on snowshoes, cross-country skis or simply on foot. The host families will tell you where the best places are.
There is a lot to experience not only around the farm, but also on the farm, or simply enjoy the sun on a bench in front of the farm. Many vacation farms offer relaxation in the sauna or hot tub.
