...arrive...feel comfortable...on the sunny side of Lake Millstätter See, in an idyllic setting at the foot of the Nockberge mountains, close to the forest and the golf court. The medieval walls could tell a lot of stories. It’s only a short drive to the lake an the centre of Seeboden (2 km). The lush green meadows and the small stream in front of the house invite you to linger a little longer. Take in a marvellous panoramic view of Carinthia’s mountains. Grab a lounger and relax in the shade underneath a tree in the orchard or at nearby Lake Millstätter See....walk across the lovely Nockberge mountains...the Alpe Adria Trail runs straight past our farm...explore the Trail of Love...row the boat over the lake and gaze at its emerald waters.

HELLO KIDS, here you can romp and play in the large garden with playground featuring sandpit, swings, table tennis, trampoline, pedal tractor, a lovely furnished kids’ house and our bunnies and kittens are waiting to be petted and fed. Our cattle spends summer high up on the alpine pastures.
The weekly barbecue is very popular among guests of ALL AGES! ... Enjoy a warm summer’s evening in the candlelight as you’re sitting underneath the pergola... It’s a treat for body and soul. The local guest card is included in your stay and features lots of attractions on the mountains and around the lake free of charge. Benefit from the free activities! Surprise upon arrival

Try our home-made bread (50% rye flour, 30% rye wholemeal flour, 20% wheat wholemeal flour) ...or taste the traditional “Kärntner Reindling”, a Bundt cake made with yeast dough with a filling of sugar, cinnamon and raisins.
Enjoy some herb liqueur that was made with 13 different types of herbs after a barbecue - for free, of course.
We make elderflower syrup from elderflowers that have ripened in the sun. It’s a natural remedy for flues. With mountain spring water it’s the best drink when you’re thirsty. Have a glass and try it yourself!
The grapes that grow on our pergola are transformed into jam. You’ll find a jar in your holiday apartment... For a delicious start of your holiday.
Hi kids!
Cats, rabbits - all of them are looking forward to be pet and fed by you. Our cattle spends summer high up on the alpine pastures.
Our rabbits Felix and Luna love daffodils. The cats Morle, Socke and Mia like to be petted.
