Farm products to taste!

The cows give us milk from which we can make delicious cheese, curd cheese and butter. Well known for our region and simply good is the "Häberkäse". A crumbly cheese made from skimmed milk with salt and caraway.

The "Glundnerkäse" is also gladly tried by our guests. Also made from skimmed milk with caraway and salt, but then boiled up and bottled.

For spreads and tasty cakes the curd cheese or quark is good to take. You are welcome to get a small sample from us.

But also fresh eggs and homemade butter are simply part of a delicious breakfast.

In the evening, after an eventful and wonderful day of holiday, you can enjoy a glass of home-made schnapps.

Here you can try many different sorts, such as Zwetsckenschnaps, Obstler, pear or herbal schnapps.

Also very good for digestion after a sumptuous dinner

Our farm offers a good home not only for cows and their calves, but also for our beautiful goats Mimi and Erich and the two ponies Lilli and Anabell are good-natured and good-natured inhabitants of the stable.
Both of them are happy to be taken out and brought to their pasture with lush green.

Lilli is also a very nice horse to ride or she just likes to groom them.
Afterwards they are looking forward to a juicy "carrot reward"!

In the henhouse 10 chickens are waiting to be let out into the big chicken garden. Every morning there is a fresh breakfast egg for our guests. Whoever dares to do so, can also fetch their own egg from the nest.

Our guests' special favourites are the Labrador dog Daisy and the tomcat Feuerstern, who are very happy about new games and friends.
In front of the stable two cuddly rabbits scurry around your home and wait curiously for fresh dandelions!

Pigs are also simply part of a farm. In summer, they grunt and squeak in the stable, especially during feeding time...

Just come in, have the courage to look at all the animals up close. Maybe one or the other animal friendship will develop, who knows!
