A schnapps, jam or milk - would that be something for you?
The 14 completely happy dairy cows provide us with fresh ORGANIC RAW MILK of the best quality every day. We use this to make our ORGANIC raw milk CHEESE and natural YOGURT.
The very best BEEF mixed packages from stress-free slaughter are available twice a year: in autumn, when our animals are well fed back from the alpine pastures and shortly before Easter, before they return to the alpine pastures. We kindly ask you to pre-order!
Depending on the season, all FRUIT that ripen around the house are processed into JAM and JUICE. Various ORGANIC HERBS are also grown and processed into in-house products. Those of you who are interested can join a short "themed walk on herbs" in our garden.
There are tons of ANIMALS on our farm:
Our DAIRY COWS are milked, fed and lovingly cared for twice a day. In summer they spend the day on the pasture and come back at 5 p.m., you are welcome to look over our shoulder.
Each cow gets a CALF once a year. The very little ones love to be petted and provide variety in the stable. The larger calves are on the alpine pasture in summer and look forward to a visit there too.
A whole bunch of CATS want to be petted nonstop. They are very cuddly and undoubtedly a highlight for young and old. But be careful, you quickly fall in love with this ball of yarn.
There's always something going on with RABBITS and GUINEA PIGS. They scurry around your stables and enclosures and are lightning fast when fed.
And then there are the CHICKENS and QUAILS. Hard-working poultry are of course important and welcome on the farm.
