In the heart of Carinthia, set between lakes for swimming and mountains for adventures!
The lakes Afritzer See and Ossiachersee are only a 10 minutes’ drive. Find hiking trails and an outdoor climbing centre on the mountain Gerlitzen. A lot of beautiful spots for day trips included in the guest card “KärntenCard” are within a short drive.
Among cows, cats, rabbits, pigs and ponies to pet: collect a fresh egg from a happy hen on the sunny terrace and take in the beautiful view spanning from the Nockberge mountains to the Karawanks.
Our private mountain cabin is a great destination for a day out hiking - for digital detox or to simply relax and unwind while the kids are running around barefoot. Finish off the day around the campfire and take a bite of freshly baked bread.

About Us

Private dry storage room to be used by all skiers. The ski resort on the mountain Gerlitzen is only a 10 min. drive.
In 30 min., you can reach the Nockberge mountains with the ski resort Bad Kleinkirchheim at its centre. Go tobogganing on the mountain Dobratsch, also called “Villacher Alpe”, a nature park within a 30 min. drive. There are great options for snowshoeing and tobogganing nearby.
In case you’re looking for peace and tranquility in the evenings, you’ve found the right place here.

Freshly baked bread, eggs, home-made jam and apple juice.
Peek over our shoulders when we’re baking bread, collecting eggs in the henhouse and baking the traditional “Kärntner Reindling”, a yeast cake filled with honey and cinnamon. Moreover, there’s a snack garden, were you can collect currants, raspberries, potatoes, salad and lots of herbs free of charge. Try our home-made apple juice.
Your children can help us feed the chicken. Our calves, cats and rabbits are looking forward to getting some tender loving care. Our ponies Lora and Fee can’t wait to be groomed and petted. Our 2 pigs can also be petted. The baby kittens in particular are the best animals to cuddle with our youngest guests.
