Raunighof, Duar & Krassnigalm

The 500 year old Raunighof offers 300 m2 of living space for families and groups of 4-14 persons.

There are 5 bedrooms: two rustic traditional farmers chambers and three modern, bright rooms, where large skylight windows offer a great view of nature and the starry night sky. The house is equipped with 3 showers, bath and 4 toilets.

The highlight is the large, bright lounge, with larch wood floor and windows opening into the wonderful landscape. The large farmhouse parlor with a beamed ceiling and tiled stove serves as a dining, living and play room. Next to the rustic kitchen is an old smokehouse with an oven.

With the large, bright seminar room and technical equipment, the Raunighof is also ideal for seminars.

Krassnigalm (for 4-8 people) is a spacious, beautiful, renovated chalet. It is situated beautifully on a flower meadow with a wide view up to the summit of the Hochobir. The house has a wooden roof and rustic wooden gutters. In the garden there is a cozy larch wood seating area with a grill.

In the rustic living room with a wooden ceiling there is a large dining table, a comfortable sofa and a fine cherry wood stove bench by the tiled stove. The shower and toilet were wonderfully integrated into the old smoke kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, wood stove and a table. From the hall you step up the larch wood staircase to the upper floor with an area for reading and playing. The Freiberg room (double bed) is in the basement, at the upper floor there are the Obir room with a balcony and a fantastic view (double bed) and Schwarzgupfroom (double bed and two single beds)

Our Chalet Duar is an old farmhouse that has been newly renovated and expanded. There are two apartments (the "Alte Tenne" for 2-4 people and the "Large apartment" for 4-8 people) that you can rent individually or together.

The "Alte Tenne" apartment has its own entrance via a large wooden terrace. It has its own charm due to the visible entablature. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. It consists of a large eat-in kitchen that opens onto the large larch wood terrace, a double room, hallway, shower and toilet. In the kitchen / living room there is a "bird's nest" accessible via a ladder (a place to sleep for 2 people). Alternatively, a pull-out sofa is also available. There is a charcoal grill in the garden.

The „Large apartment“ is located in the older part of the house, which is made of mighty stone walls. The apartment is 100 m2 and is suitable for up to 8 people. There is a cozy living room with a tiled stove and a wooden Carinthian ceiling, an eat-in kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, a hall, a rustic little chamber with vaults (one bed), a twin room, a double room and a large, bright one under the roof 4-bed room, as well as bathroom, toilet and shower / toilet.

There is a wooden fountain in front of the house. On the garden side of the house there is a cozy place to sit and eat and a fireplace where you can grill.
