Location: At the timberline, surrounded by meadows and mountain peaks overlooking the Mölltal, hillside. Arriving: 6 km of asphalt from Penk or Kolbnitz, 9 km of gravel to the hut, some of which moderate access road. Facilities: Former shepherd's cabin, newly renovated. Kitchen with balcony, wood-burning and gas stove, sitting area. 1 two-bed room. Dormitory on the upper floor. Solar light. Outdoor toilet, well in front of the cabin. A paradise for ornithologists. Rental period: May to end of October. The special features: Here the high-altitude mountains show their best side twice. The fantastic mountains that surround you are sure to take your breath away! An important travel item when surrounded by so much impressive natural beauty: Binoculars! However there is also much to discover with the naked eye...
