About Us
A hearty welcome to our Farmmanor with hotel comfort, in the idyllic location, at the heart of lush meadows. Enjoy the family-oriented atmosphere at our farm, make use of the several comforts, which one can hardly expect to find in a farm house, and indulge yourself with our seasoned and new delicacies from our kitchen.
Location: Free, quiet and sunny location between Kössen and Schwendt at the foot of the Unterberg mountain.
Accommodation: 4 single rooms, 9 double rooms, 8 family rooms, 7 Junior suites and 3 family suites in 3 houses. All rooms feature shower/WC, cable TV and balcony, the junior suites and suites also have spa bath and seating area with tiled stove.
Catering: Extensive breakfast buffet, 4-course set menu for dinner, several of the ingredients are from our own organic farm and from the farms of this region.
Vegetarians and those with allergies will also not be disappointed.
Equipment: 3 lounges, bar, reading room, Internet station, wireless Internet access, lift, spa area with Finnish sauna, steam room, saline grotto, relaxation room, different kinds of showers, exercise equipment, solarium, elaborate massages and choice of cosmetics.
Summer: 500 m² swimming pond with shallow area for children, sunbathing area with lounges and umbrellas, playground with a flying fox and a giant trampoline, horse riding, pony riding, rental bicycles, e-bikes (for a fee), darts, archery, table tennis … golf partner hotel (25% green fee discount). Barbecue evening once a week
Winter: Ski bus from the farmyard , cross-country ski runs at the farmyardwinter hiking trails, toboggan runs for children, curling and ice skating on the readily set pond. Lantern-lit walk once a week with mulled wine.
Animals at the farmyard: Highland cattle, Haflinger horses, pony, pigs, hens, rabbits, goats.
All offers are included in the guest house price; extra charges for solarium, massages and cosmetics.
About Us
Unterhochstätt lies in the snow-sure region of Kaiserwinkl (north-west orographic lifting) and is an ideal starting point for long winter hikes. You can access the the Kaiserwinkl network of cross-country ski runs (140 km, cross-country ski run seal of quality) straight from the farm. In a 2-minute drive from the farm you can reach the ski region of Hochkössen, an insider's tip (100% snow cannon coverage, free ski bus from the farm). Experience fun on the pistes in Hochkössen from December to Easter. During the day ice skaters bustle about on the farm's own natural ice skating rink and in the evening there's one or two Bavarian curling tournaments. A highlight, especially for children, is the farm's own toboggan run

In our organic and biological farm, we focus chiefly on breeding our highland cattle. The herd comprises an average of 30 animals. We also have hens, pigs, horses, goats and rabbits. Our guests are indulged with several of our farm products: Highland beef, eggs, pork, sausage, bacon are all products of our farm.
