About Us
The Grafleiten is a family-run farm directly across from the mountain town of Zell am See, with magical views of Lake Zellersee and the Hohe Tauern mountain world.
Numerous sightseeing attractions in the surrounding area, sporting activities as well as a visit to our own mountain hut add the perfect finishing touches to your recreational opportunities during your Alpine holiday.
Our big sun-terrace invites you to relax and enjoy.
We are an accommodation provider exclusively. You will find numerous good restaurants close by.
About our farm
In winter, our mother cows and their calves are here with us in the barn – they spend summer on grazing areas in the mountains.
Also living on the farm are a number of small animals as well as our donkey.
We look forward to welcoming you here as our guests!

About Us
Grafleiten is a family-run farm, opposite the mountain town of Zell am See with a fantastic view of the Zellersee and the mountains of the Hohe Tauern.
Numerous sights in the vicinity, sporting activities and the possibility to reach many large and small ski resorts in just a few minutes drive complete the program.
Our large sun terrace invites you to enjoy and relax. Numerous and good restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity.

In winter our mother cows with their calves are with us in the stable furthermore live with us some small animals as well as our donkeys.

Attention! In case of wintry driving conditions in any case carry snow chains in the car.
With our donkey Gisela and her horse friend Pedro munching on the grass around our house, as well as our little guinea pigs and rabbits scurrying and hopping around – there’s always something going on. The quail cocks crow early in the morning, our dog Josy welcomes all guests with a wagging tail, while our tomcat Sammy is also able to put a smile on our guests’ faces, especially when his curiosity causes him to jump inside the trunk of their car.
Our busy hens supply us with fresh eggs, the cows spend winter in the barn and summer out on alpine pastures.
