About Us
Cosy mountain cabin - a place to energise and nourish your soul
Our cabin is set at 1,000m. It’s easily accessible for families who would like to combine the activities at the “Erlebnisberg Wurbauerkogel” with a hike to a mountain cabin.
We are a family business. We care a lot about traditions and culinary delights to serve our guests. For us, it’s a matter of course to raise the animals on our farm (oxen, horses, sheep, goats, chicken, ...) in a way and in an environment that’s good for them. Our Alpine pastures and cabins also benefit from that.
About Us
Magical winter time at our mountain cabin with stunning view of the Windischgarstner Tal valley
When the land is covered with a thick blanket of snow, it’s the perfect time for a winter walk or a snowshoeing tour to our cabin, starting from the village of Windischgarsten. A breath-taking adventure! Provided that the snow cover allows it, we are at our cabin from 26 December to 6 January and offer accommodation, snacks and drinks in our warm, cosy living room.
