The Seewaldsee is a beautifully situated mountain lake in Fontanella, which you can reach with the Seewaldsee-Bummelzügle, on foot along the mountain road or by hiking through the woods and meadows. A unique experience. Bludenz also has the Val Blu indoor and outdoor swimming pool as well as several outdoor pools and quarry ponds in the Walgau region.

- Alpine cheese from the Alpe Steris
From September to May there is
- raw milk from the cows
We can offer fresh hen's eggs and sausages all year round.
The nearest local supplier and dairy with groceries and everyday necessities is 6 or 8 kilometres away in the communities of Sonntag or Marul in the Großes Walsertal.
Jürgen Burtscher took over the mountain farm from his parents Marita and Franz Burtscher in 1996, which has now been managed in a contemporary way for five generations in family ownership. The milk is collected several times a week by Vorarlberg Milch eGen. for further processing in Raggal.
The following animals have their home on the Berghof Burtscher in Ludescherberg
- 15 cows
- 14 young cattle
- 7 calves
- 2 cats | Molly & Mintzent
The cows, young cattle and calves are on summer vacation at the Alpe Steris or Alpe Oberpartnum from the end of May to the beginning of September. We can only recommend a trip there.
During this time the mountain meadows are managed with full muscle power and the hay is brought into the stable for the winter. Try it out for yourself - lend a hand!
