About Us
Thanks to the sustainable building methods and bioenergetic architecture, guests will find a retreat where they can let go of everyday life and the associated overstimulation. Simply arrive and be yourself. Together with your friends, your family or just on your own.
The holiday home (secluded location, no other houses around) sleeps 2-4 people. It consists of a spacious living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen (espresso maker, ice cube maker, wine cooler, ...), gallery with loft nets, large windows, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, bio sauna built with Austrian stone pine and swing lounger, large garden with hot tub, open-air shower, wood-burning grill, electric grill and magical spots to relax. Bicycle shelter with charging station for e-car.
For all those who are seeking the luxury of the simple and easy life to find peace and relaxation. Natural fish ponds, small streams and burbling water make up the scenery. Here, you can fully immerse yourself in the world of water, the life of rare water birds such as kingfisher, black stork and white-throated dipper. Here, you’ll gain new insights and get unique new perspectives. It’s a hideaway for romantics, nature lovers and foodies. Endless freedom and individual privacy - free and independent - feels like home.

Every Friday in our farm shop: warm smoked fish with bread baked in a wood-fired oven and horseradish sauce.

About Us
From Indian Summer to Winter Wonderland
Ice fishing, building snowmen, tobogganing, going on winter walks and basking in the heat of thee steaming barrel tub or the sauna. If you like doing things out of the ordinary, you can go ice dipping in the pond.
There are signposted snowshoeing trails and ski lifts at Klippitztörl. It’s a small but fine ski resort with 6 lifts, nice mountain cabins with sunny terraces and great service quality.
For those who like ski touring, we recommend our nearest mountain Zirbitzkogel (2,800 m). This tour is also suitable for beginners.
Have fun skiing!
In our small farm shop “Zur alten Mühle”, you can purchase locally sourced products. Fresh fish (ready to cook), home-made dishes in the jar, organic apple juice, organic cider, honey, vinegar, gin from the Lavanttal valley, smoked fish spread, bread baked in a wood-fired oven, ... Every Friday at noon, we serve warm smoked fish with horseradish sauce and bread baked in a wood-fired oven. Guests can pick up picnic baskets in the farm shop (please order them in advance).
