    Welcome to our family-friendly farm Familienferienhof Stabauer in a very quiet location amidst green meadows and forests with beautiful views of the Irrsee lake and of the mountains which surround Lake Mondsee!

    Experience an exciting and relaxing holiday with us at our family-friendly farm FAMILIENFERIENHOF STABAUER.

    Adventure, games and fun for the little ones - peaceful, relaxing and revitalising for our older guests. This and much more is offered by Stabauer holiday farm.

    The children will be pleased with the meadows which surround our organic farm - as there you can really run riot! Parents can enjoy the splendid tranquillity, the magnificent views of the nearby Irrsee lake, the delightful Salzkammergut scenery, the many excursion destinations to Salzburg, the Mozart city in Salzkammergut,...

    Both our younger and older guests will gain great joy from feeding and petting the many animals, the playground, the many children's toys, the trampoline, the romantic campfire, the lively evenings on the house bench,...

      These are the apartments "Yellow Kolomandl" and "Red Kolomandl" and each of these apartments consists of kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and two terraces. From the apartment "Red Kolomandl" you can see the play area and the meadows in front of the house. From the apartment "Yellow Kolomandl" you have a terrace overlooking the meadows in front of the house and from the other terrace lake view.

      High chair, cot and other baby equipment is provided free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped - with dishwasher! Bed linen, hand and bath towels, satellite TV, Internet access, free Wi-Fi, elevator, ... is available.
