About Us
It's a pleasure to welcome you to our Edlbauer/ Turmkeller holiday farm.
Since 2014, we've been able to offer 2 lovingly furnished holiday apartments for your farm holiday.
Our farmhouse is called Mair am Berg and is run as a full-time organic pork and suckler cow business.
At the other end of our organic farm, in a rustic and cosy vault, you'll find the Turmkeller Must Tavern. On open days you can enjoy supper here, either in the tavern itself or in the guest garden.
A multitude of sports, cultural and amusing highlights are on offer in the immediate vicinity.
The slightly hilly Hausruckviertel region lends itself perfectly to all sorts of sporting activities. Hiking trails, bicycle routes and bridle paths lead right past the farm.
The surrounding area offers a wealth of excursion possibilities for the whole family:

- "Weg der Sinne" sensory experience path
- High rope garden
- Hofbühne Tegernbach variety theatre

At the other end of the farmyard, you'll find the "Turmkeller" tavern.
This is run by the farm in the summer months, which means that (almost) only home-made food and drinks are sold (grape must, apple juice, bacon, schnapps, cured meat,...). We're open Fridays and Saturdays from 4pm and every first Sunday of the month from 3pm.
In the winter months, the tavern is only open by appointment and is run commercially- we also offer a tasty "bratl" roast. Thus commercially because otherwise we are not allowed to offer any other warm food. We can always arrange a roast dinner for our guests in winter.
Our farm dog TRIXI lives with us here on the farm and is very good-natured. We also have several cats and 2 rabbits. You'll also see organic pigs and suckler cows with their calves on the farm. You can always go and have a look at them in their paddocks.
