Surrounded by the dreamlike mountains of the Kitzbüheler Alpen, the Fertinghof is located in the gourmet region Hochtal Wildschönau.The newly built and furnished apartments ensure a holiday in a class of its own!Our location is ideal for active holidaymakers and those looking for relaxation and there is a lot to experience and discover in the newly developed hiking jewel.In summer, the Wildschönau Card offers many services such asthe mountain railways, the swimming pool, the museum and much more can be used free of charge, the card also offers many advantages in winter.The farm has been in our family's possession since 1673 - due to the fabulous location, many places worth seeing such as Innsbruck, Rattenberg and Salzburg are within easy reach.Families can look forward to a spacious playground and a beautifully landscaped petting zoo with rabbits, chickens, goats, the 2 cats Max and Moritz and our pot-bellied pig Gusti.We look forward to you!
About Us
If you are looking for peace and quiet, then this is the place for you! Children can enjoy the sprawling open space and many of the interesting activities planed for them at the farm. Fertinghof farm, in the village of Oberau, in the sunny Roggenboden district with light traffic, is a "Wildschönauer Erbhof" (family farm in Wildschönau) and has been in our family since 1673. Close by are the Niederau-Markbachjoch and Auffach-Schatzberg ski regions with 42 km of ski slopes. The cross-country ski runs are right behind our farm and a night-time ski run and night-time toboggan run are just 200 m away. The farm is a good starting point for several excursions and the quiet location offers restful and relaxing holidays.
