About Us
The newly-renovated flat house combines tradition and modernity. When it comes to furniture, we have placed great value on high-quality, natural materials and the room’s country house style design is well thought through. We therefore have produced the best conditions for your perfect feel-good holiday - and before one of the Alps’ most beautiful mountain backdrops at that.
We have a ski and mountain bike storage room, shoe room, ski service and waxing table, and a shoe dryer at your disposal.
Children will have fun at our petting zoo with many little animals (pony, goats, rabbits, cats, ducks, sheep, chickens...).
A playground with trampoline, a swing with slide, and a football field guarantee a lot of fun for the little ones...and parents will appreciate the large garden where you can grill.
No matter which season of the year you opt for, we offer you the ideal starting point for your plans or the ideal retreat location for relaxation.
The Forsterhof is in a quiet but very central location, directly next to the town centre. Ramsau’s entire infrastructure is accessible in less than five minutes by foot - incl. the world championship stadium and ski jump facility, event centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna.

Our newly-renovated flat house at Ramsau invites you to spend your holiday at the farm in the Ramsau am Dachstein winter sport and hiking paradise.
Ramsau’s cross-country ski trails, skating trails, and hiking paths and the world championship stadium are in the immediate vicinity.
The nearby Planai ski mountains (in the world championship city of Schladming), Hauser Kaibling, Reiteralm, and the Dachstein glaciers are your gateways to Ski Amadè, one of Austria’s best ski resorts, which extends from Styria to the province of Salzburg.
